Our company has been deeply involved in the mold industry for 40 years and has been committed to technological innovation for a long time. Our technology research and development projects cover new mold technology fields: extremely cold and extremely hot injection molds, gas assisted molds, two-color injection molds, IMD injection molding, high gloss seamless molding, large-scale stacking molds, and lightweight mold manufacturing technologies.
The company has established technology centers with multiple domestic universities and has successfully collaborated in the fields of HSCAE, EMAN systems, and CAD software. In 2011, an academician workstation was established with Zhengzhou University.
Product Analysis DFMBefore mold opening, conduct structural analysis of the product and feasibility analysis of mold forming to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
Model Flow Analysis MFAEstablish a professional mold flow analysis team, possess genuine Moldflow software, and obtain gold and silver certificates from SAIC General Motors. Mold flow analysis covers all mold projects. Simulate production status and provide guidance for mold production.
Mould designWe have a high-quality design and R&D team with rich experience in mold design and manufacturing. Based on the customer's product 3D data and comprehensive application scenarios, we provide customers with complete solutions for mold design and development.
The company is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of large and medium-sized precision molds, a key backbone enterprise of large-scale injection molds in China, one of the first batch of key specialized and new "little giant" enterprises in the country, a vice president unit of the China Mold Association, and a president unit of Zhejiang Province.
Since 2006, it has won the first prize of the "Precision Mold Award" and the national new product award at the China International Mold Technology and Equipment Exhibition for 17 consecutive years.
